The Bob House? Bro, we joked about that in the 2000s in my Guard Unit! Start by putting cameras everywhere especially the showers and bathrooms. Then, you offer to pay college students 19 or older (ie Sorositutes) for a cut... obviously, a client pays to access the website... Encourage them to have parties or college know as orgies and cook outs etc...oh yeah, a pool is a must... This was way before Lonely Fans...
