I’d strongly suggest you watch the video. Slaanesh is male/female. It was the Eldari that literally debauched Slaanesh into existence. The Eldar are similar and different to Elves they look Elven and have traits similar to elves but I’d put them into another category. In Warhammer 40K Dwarves and Ogres (Orrin) are humans that have lived in very specific conditions and have physically adapted to their environment and are still quite capable of breeding with humans. In short Warhammer 40K is a very different universe to what you may have known in the past
