regarding the beach. Though it doesn't compete with Red Sea, I heard Russians like to buy beach front property in Black Sea coast Bulgaria.

build yourself an HHO generator for your car, and you will save a lot more money on gas.
you will still be spending a shit ton on gas, but it will last you much longer and improve your vehicles performance by 85%.
so it's better than nothing.
Interesting little fact: Romanians have avoided switching to the Euro because of the country's very low wages and confusion surrounding single-digit currency (they are used to bills with lots of zeros!)
of course food is more expensive, EU regulations are responsible for that. I'm not saying it as a bad thing, though, from all I heard I'd never touch any food in the USA.
