Bit confused about the context here. What is that second biker doing there standing with those girls? Why does he run when the police arrive? If they were all part of a robbery, why did they let the girls go?
Besides that, in Brazil robberies happen all the time in broad daylight, and often with bikes. Ramming is often the only way to catch 'em.

I have posted a bunch of "Brazillian Motocycle Bandits" getting rammed by passing people --- A few mugs on the bike, pulling hand guns on the people on the pavement - and the passing car drivers, just turn HARD at the last second and "Whambo!" = Crushed.
