When you said it's also what they eat it reminded me of the time that side of obesity became clear to me. I got into a conversation with a sow like this on a job and the talk turned to food- as one would expect. All of the wide and varied cuisines I mentioned that I liked she said she detested all of it. Her menu was simple: junk food with all simple sugar and carbs or grease. Not knowing any fat people I just assumed they hoovered up any and all food that came within 10 feet of them. Nope, just an obscene amount of cakes, pies, huge sacks of crisps, mounds of greasy fries, gallons of sugary soda....
