Restaurant business is too brutal, failure rate is high, too oversaturated, 90% fail in 1-2 years, gotta work long hours during first years of business to get established, restaurant waiter and cooks are fuckups and deadbeats. Better off driving trucks, doing overnight security guard, or doing HVAC Steve hoca style. Have you ever seen that show or clips of that show with the angry guy Ramsey that is a food critique. There you get to see all kinds of wacky shit go on in restaurants. A lot of guys rope or drink/cope after putting in 16 hour shifts, for years, losing savings, not having profits, in the restaurant business. Better off getting a McDonalds franchise, and seeing if corporate can approve the McShawarma.
