@Alpha Male Lifestyle: Looks good. I have a really light, THIN bladed chopper or meat cleaver - they come SURGICALLY super sharp out of the packet and if you look after them, and don't try to hack through bones etc., they SLICE lettuce / tomatoes etc., like super fine and very easily., and you can do a lot of cutting and honing and resharpening of the blade.... I use them myself... Fantastic kitchen knives and brilliant food preparation tools...
