Yeah there are several layers of dairy.
1. Retired - and the home cow.
2. Smaller provincial operators, with niche markets in dairy products, like cheeses and yogurts and organic produce.
3. Commercial operators with large herds, high capital outlay and they supply the milk industry and the dairy by products industries, with powder producers such as whey, protein, milk powders, food additives, AND pet food / meat.
