Good content!
Makes me want to study Chris Voss and his book "Never Split the Difference".
Interesting story about your psychopathic boss. Sociopaths don't care about social customs due to environmental abuse. Psychopaths are narcissistic, manipulative, and socially aggressive by genetic means. Probably the reason why you chose "abandon the fight" when that as he wanted. Best choice really.
