Türkiye elections: All votes counted, Erdogan declared official winner

The Turkish Supreme Election Council has declared incumbent President Recep Tayyip Erdogan the winner of the runoff election. Russian President Vladimir Putin has already congratulated his counterpart, saying that the victory 'is clear evidence of the Turkish people's support for his efforts to strengthen state sovereignty and pursue an independent foreign policy'.
