The Supreme Court ruled to allow the Trump administration to deport Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) but ruled that deportees are entitled to due process and notice before they are deported.

If they had evidence and these criminals dodged or did not return to judicial their hearings... I'm fine with bags on head and deporting... if these are met. The authorities tried, and these criminals did not respect our laws. The point us mute after that. Citizens have due process: Border jumpers don't. Have a judicial review to identify them and then ship them put.
