1. Poorly thought out process's.
2. Lack of industrial hygene - The men working there are exposed to air pollution, unguarded machines, a lack of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and respirators.
3. The essentially poor materials handling - slow, expensive and labour intensive - and unnecessarily so......
4. A complete lack of willingness to study the best in the business and replicate them.
5. And the lazy brain dead cunts - ARE all cost cutting, by minimising expenses, which makes for a way more costly product, in the lives and longevity of the people working there, and the neighbours and the country.... There is NO uniform national standards for HEALTH and SAFETY for everyone.
