Stupid Cop Blocks Horse Causes Injury & Then Blames The Horse - Earning A Cow Patty

Orwell, Ohio -- A Deputy with the Ashtabula County Sheriff's Office was called to assist Orwell PD with reports of a reckless driver. Upon arrival to the scene the deputy noticed that this is a buggy and the operator was passed out cold.

The deputy tried several times to stop the buggy which eventually stopped after running into the deputy's car. Eventually, the operator was taken into custody.

The operator, later identified as Nathan Miller, was charged with the following:
- OVI

He plead no contest & was found guilty. He awaits sentencing.
