I've watched a lot of Star Trek in my day. They call the tech that keeps them from getting squished: "Inertial Dampeners" --- the inertia internally gets neutralized or " dampened".
@SoloMan Zone: Sure... I was in the Navy: We had DeGalsing systems that "shrank" our magnetic and radar signatures... you just need a warp drive version...

Truth is an enemy and non existent in a modern society, hold on your seat if one must speak it….
Electromagnetic shielding likely from all the miles and miles of cables...running throughout...
the entire ship would need an anti-inertia field . along with artificial gravity in the deck plates .
ya for an object to negate g forces requires the entire thing be in an anti-gravity field.. i think.
