GOOD food safety standards exist for a reason. If the fish is not fresh caught, packed in ice and kept in ice at the markets, and there is a paper trail all the way through, don't buy it and don't eat it. Amr went to some meat markets in Columbia and the was no refrigeration, the place was never cleaned, it smelled fucking aweful.... People DIE from that shit.... Fresh Meat = Kept REAL cold, like nearly ZERO*C ----- And there is a whole heap of biological / bacterial process's that go on in warm seafood, that has been sitting around all day in the heat.... ... It can get REALLY nasty.....
