I had a file with 144,000 fonts in it....

SOME are very creative, artistic etc....

I gave up on them and went with Courier / New, Times New Roman, Arial etc., because they are EASY and FAST to read.

Exotic fonts unless used for titles in posters, artwork, book covers, etc., tend to be completely fucked as legible script.

Recreating illuminated manuscripts, with dropped capitals etc., and all the guilded workings etc., can get very interesting. @tarknan: That second picture that posted,. Aside from being in Latin, it's actually very hard to read..... And while it is quite lovely, ( ??????? ) it's also a really poor use of space, compared to type set font...
