Well it turns out she was using the skills that she was taught from the Minnesota ICE Watch group, which she was a member. The group trains people to resist ICE, not by peaceful protests or speaking to elected representatives, but instead by blocking ICE agents, getting detainees out of the car if you can, and physically confronting ICE agents.
