ok that's part of the truth, some of it has to do with an injury but i am fat and i do like the sweets, but these days i end up eating sugar free shit, some of it has gotten damn good in flavor too, but it's expensive.
@KEEPER: In my experience anything 'artiffical' is worse for you, sucks not eatting tons of sugar... after a few weeks of keto just the smell of some of those "treats" you realize just how bad it is... I'm not gonna preach much more; just, stay healthy, live longer and get to talk more trash when you feel like it?
@somelameguy: i stopped eating Cain sugar altogether, it was not only giving me the Diabetes but it hurt my teeth, but your not wrong on the fake sugar stuff, i have been using one that does have one side effect that makes you pee more frequent and makes you thirsty as hell all the time, but at the same time before i took this stuff, i didn't drink a whole lot of anything, i mean i used to get by on 1 glass of water a day and that was all i needed, people kept saying that was unhealthy, and what i would tell people is i simply wasn't thirsty, but now i drink like a freaking race horse and piss like one too lol.
