Maybe in service and sales, but having worked construction for decades we did not have to "perform" like that.

That's why i distance myself from most people who act way too friendly (But only when they need something from you).
Helpful hint...Be by yourself to get to know yourself.
Hell...I'm my own best company.
I am not saying your at fault - but Youtube has burned up their good will a long time ago.
