I've eaten at Twin Peaks before. The food is much better than Hooters. If you don't act so thirsty, and it's a slow night, the women will sit with you and shoot the breeze with you. No need for the ridiculous "simp" tip. Just the standard tip for good service, which it normally is. Most of them are single mothers anyway.
