After watching videos of Chinese steel failing in Taiwan and their Belt Railroad Initiatives in buildings, railroads, and such; and I think we need to stop supporting or buying Chinese steel, construction, and batteries, which randomnly explode due to cutting corners. The steel often fails because they cooled it too fast making it brittle and prone to failure. So... Trump's not wrong concerning China.
