@Shrike777: Yeah the chrysler era in Australia - kind of came and went and fizzed out in the early to mid 1970's - and I was a little young to know much more than fast big V8's and cheap fuel - and then the OPEC issues came and fuel prices shot through the roof.... and the three speed column shift.... that is an extremely vague idea / memory / I think I recall only ever seeing one dash board close up with that, and IT MIGHT have been a chrysler 6.... But 8 track cassette tapes with well on the way out by then.... and this car had an 8 track player in it as well.

@Shrike777: Yeah that is what I thought she said as well. OK to give her the benefit of the doubt, lets assume that is was in drive - by the gear shift - or it was an automatic.... (Doh) would it be possible for something to go wrong - by being in drive AND yet being stuck in second? BUT if she was driving at highway speed in second - it would have been revving the cunt out of the motor - hence the explosion of the internal bits. AND she did not notice that? Like WTF - I think she is lying.

@Shrike777: Me thinks she might have fucked up the gear shift.... sort of not tuned in and left it in second or didn't pull it out of second, into drive, properly so it stayed in second. I mean I fucked up - three days ago I went and pressed the $10 and put $10 of fuel in my tank as a get me home insurance... and yesterday I had to go back to the same petrol station and I pressed $10 on the pump and grabbed the nozzle and anyway - it kept on running a lot longer than a 1 stroke fuck, and then it stopped.... and I went "What? " and I had filled up with almost $60 of fuel... and it was then I figured I had pressed the $10 on the LEFT hand side pump, and I had grabbed the filling nozzle from the right hand side of the pump... Doh! Well I put it down to I had to fill up either then and there or next week.... I got then and there. Lucky Lucky Me....
