BUT - she is lacking in experience and is not real bright.
If she comes off dressed like that - she is fucked....
She is going to be skun so badly.
I have had a number of high speed crashes, and because of all the protective clothing, I lost hardly any skin.
But one night, a pedal broke on a bicyle and I went over the bars, doing perhaps 25 Kmh, and it tore off all the skin from the side of my face and all the skin from the top of my shoulder....
I lost 10 x as much skin in that ONE crash, as I had in say 7 or so crashes ranging from 90 - 170 Kmh... Usually about 120 - 130 Kmh...
Protective gear IS absolutely vital on a motorcycle.
If she comes off at any more than walking speed - she is going to be skun all over SO badly....
The speed limits in tiny Japanese streets are from 30 Kmh to 120 Kmh on the newer expressways.... Typical suburban speeds are around 60 Kmh...

She looks Japanese, typically short.... Not sure of the licensing laws and motorcycle capacity, (looks it up)
18 years: you can ride heavy bikes (>400cc).
Ordinary and heavy motorcycles (i.e., >125 cc) can ride on expressways; mopeds and small motorcycles cannot
20+ with 3 years' experience: you’re eligible to carry a passenger on expressways.
Yeah Japs are indoors all the time - studying 18 hours a day or working 18 hours a day....
So she has no exposure to sunlight so far....
She'd doable.
