The main purpose of the wind sock is so I can make hands free calls while riding along on my bicycle, and it was necessary to defeat the evil witchcraft wind noise, from the feminist anus's.

In the video, the wind was gusting at 25 to 35 Kmh and there were a few peaks of perhaps 45Kmh.

The wind was coming in from the front and left, at about 45*, and I was heading into it doing about 15 - 20 Kmh on the bicycle.

This makes for a total turbulent wind speed of perhaps 60 Kmh.

A single woolly thick sock works REALLY well.

At much higher wind speeds, you might want 2 socks.
