Serbian town submerged after heavy rains

The town of Raska, Serbia is inundated after heavy flooding hit the western Balkans following torrential rains. Dozens of people were evacuated and a body was reportedly pulled out of a local river.

Serbia and Montenegro were hit by floods, with houses, roads and other infrastructure, as well as valleys and forestland submerged by water and state of emergency declared in several areas.
