Search and rescue efforts underway after deadly mine explosion in Iran

A methane gas explosion at a coal mine in Iran’s South Khorasan province has resulted in at least 51 deaths and 20 injuries. Rescue operations continue for miners trapped in the mine, while Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has ordered an investigation into the incident.
