Scotland is Fighting for Independence

Recently, support for the Scottish independence movement has grown rapidly. Within the next few years, we could see the dissolution of the United Kingdom and the formation of a brand new independent Scotland. This new nation would drastically transform the region’s political and economic landscape. Scotland would potentially rejoin the EU and end the Trident nuclear program. It would also capitalize on its North Sea oil reserves, which would inversely harm the UK economy.
