Sandeep Nahar suicide has disturbed me a lot. His soft spoken nature, his thoughts his last words have all been echoing in my mind since yesterday. sadly I am seeing so many men writing below his videos "I am going through same or I will also do this" that I am scared and feel helpless. this is a small message that I wish to share with any man who's in similar boat. don't give up on life. seek help.
