Russian FSB neutralizes man hired by Kiev to plant a car bomb

The Russian Federal Security services prevented the detonation of an explosive device planted under a car by Russian citizen Vitaliy Dyatlenko who was recruited by Ukraine. Dyatlenko tried to resist the federal agents when they attempted to detain him and was neutralized as a result.
