Russian FSB detains 3 suspects in Crocus City Hall terror attack

3 suspects in the Moscow concert hall terror attack have been arrested by the Russian FSB. Two detainees made donations towards the purchase of weapons and the car and the other one was involved in recruiting the gunmen.
