Russian Cosmonaut Oleg Kononenko shares his experience of going to space

Yury Gagarin's flight on the 12th of April 1961 was the pivotal milestone paving the way for further space exploration.

Since then, over 700 people from over 40 countries have traveled to space on various missions. For over two decades, the international space station has been hosting missions that conduct scientific projects.
