Russian Central Bank greenlights digital ruble

The Russian State Duma has adopted a law to introduce a digital ruble, which the country's Central Bank plans to issue in addition to traditional cash funds. RT’s Rory Suchet spoke with RT contributor Chris Emms on what's to be expected.
