Russia shows shell fragments from Western weapons used by Ukraine to attack civilians

Russia’s deputy ambassador to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, has shown fragments of Western-provided arms to Ukraine, saying that this is ‘material evidence of how weapons supplied by the West are actively used to strike civilian infrastructure.’
