Russia’s Duma passes law allowing crypto for international payments

Russian lawmakers have passed a bill which is set to permit the use of cryptocurrency in international trade. We spoke with Chris Hart, executive director of 'Impact Investing,' who says that crypto would enable Russia to engage in much freer trade with international partners.
