Russia is coping well with sanctions - IMF

According to the International Monetary Fund, the Russian economy seems to be dealing well with the economic challenges it is facing, despite Western sanctions and attempts to isolate the country from the global financial system. Jack Rasmus, economics professor at Saint Mary’s College in California, shared his views on the matter with RT.
