Russian military expert Andrei Martyanov joins the program to discuss Moscow’s announcement that it will increase retaliatory strikes following Kiev’s attack on a school in Lugansk.

Martyanov argues that Russia’s response will become more systematic, targeting drone production facilities, command posts, and what Moscow describes as “decision-making centers.” He also comments on NATO’s role in the conflict, European military support for Ukraine, foreign diplomats remaining in Kiev, and Vladimir Putin’s recent statement that the conflict may be approaching its end.
