Well, he finally did it. Joe Biden got himself in his own loop of accusations. Now he thinks Russia is attacking Russia.
During his speech in Vilnius, as the NATO summit was wrapping up, the US president said that ‘Russia could end this conflict tomorrow by withdrawing forces from Ukraine, recognizing its international borders and ceasing attacks on Russia.’
