Roads flooded, power cut: Heavy rains inundate western Albania

Continuous rain in western Albania has flooded hundreds of hectares of land, cut power supplies to some areas, and forced families to evacuate, emergency authorities said. Emergency personnel are on alert as rains are expected to continue.
