Request-Masters in EE Can't Find a Job, Help a STEM Brother Out!

A recent Masters graduate in Electrical engineering is having trouble finding a job and wants to know if he should pursue his Doctorate. Turns out wifey won't let him apply outside of Finland, thus limiting his options. It pains Cappy to recommend he return to academia because his IQ is 162. Alas, that is his best option unless wifey let's the client apply elsewhere.
