A young man is having trouble passing his college exams and wants to know if he should joint the Marines, become an electrician, or try again at college. Cappy recommends he first take an IQ test to see if he's smart enough to past the college tests, which will then determine if he's lazy or just stupid. If he's lazy, well that's changeable. If he's stupid, that is not. But if he's just lazy, the world is his oyster, all he has to do is try (the Marines is what Cappy recommends)
