My work got rid of all the "trainer" positions so now any dumbass can train new people. Personally I barely train noobs, bare minimum to do their job. Nothing technical, No tips/tricks, No details about doing it right. Just enough that I dont have to babysit them so I can do my job. If they arent trained good that is a manager problem.
