I think Red Pillers would be less likely to administer dangerous volts. Since we are aware of societal manipulation.
All the males who administered dangerous volts are blue pillers, socio-or psychopaths(like the deadeyes male). Criminals fall into these categories too.
Theory is; When not seeking validation from others, there's less incentive to do evil.
