All processed (and most fast) foods and drugs are meant to be addictive. Hard to tell sometimes, which has the most, if any, nutritional value. Stopped drinking soft drinks back in the mid '80s. Though I have other issues, I believe that one adjustment has lengthened my life.

That was a great interview. Kudos for the whistleblower. It really puts your career and life in a lot of risk to expose corruption. But it needs to be done for the "Greater Good." God bless him.
