Protesters enraged after teenager’s shooting in police chase

Violent protests broke out in Thessaloniki, Greece over the police shooting of a Roma teenager after he allegedly filled his vehicle at a gas station and drove off without paying. An officer allegedly shot the boy in the head during the chase. He was arrested and is suspended from duty, police said. The 16-year-old is in critical condition and is being treated at a Thessaloniki hospital.
