I hope you had a great anf Successful Campaign and made so much profit that it Funds the projects for BOOK 2 AND BOOK I cannot wait and if im gonna get my copies Im gonna have to look at the International shipping rates as you know Hammer cost of your great BOOK is 1 thing however They will charge me maybe $100 - $150 just to Ship your book to me and then "CUSTOM FEES" Possibly then becomes $200 or $250 All these BASTARDS want free Money and If I was in USA it would be $35 to $105 way better than International rates.
