Police Fatally Shoot Woman

the man with the camera who stood back and to the left of the video ( seen from the front) took his life in his hands . most police are notoriously bad shots. hw is lucky to be alive !

They have been trained say they miss the leg or graze it will not stop the threat, theres no time to think so training takes over.
