PMC Wagner chief accepts peace deal proposed by Lukashenko to resolve crisis in Russia

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who spoke with Prigozhin on Putin’s behalf, said the Wagner boss had agreed to end his insurrection in exchange for security guarantees. Prigozhin stated hours later that the Wagner convoys were halting their advance towards Moscow and returning to their bases.
