Peter Pan Syndrome in American Men

The Peter Pan reference is spot on if you read the book. Peter Pan switched sides mid-battle, and would kill off "Lost Boys" when the group gets too big. I don't think its them being lazy, so much as being snakes-in-the-grass. I think that it is simply Arrested Development- adolescences extend to 40yrs+. It's why most men run through life dick first, and whim-en in there 40s wants to compete with her daughter/granddaughter.
