Pentagon overvalues Kiev military aid by $3 bln due to accounting method

The Pentagon has overestimated the value of the military equipment it's sent to Ukraine by $3 billion, two US Republican congressmen claimed. They said the accounting error was discovered months ago but has only now been shared with lawmakers.
