Over three billion people spend more money on debts than health, education

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has stated that nearly half of the world's population resides in nations that spend more on debt than their education and healthcare. According to a UN report, there is a significant increase of countries with high levels of debt, up from only 22 states in 2011 to 59 nations in 2022.
